What is the difference between labor dispatch and employment agencies or labor export?
1. Labor dispatch is a special type of 'employer' authorized by law, characterized by employing people without employing labor. It is specifically responsible for duties of an employer such as recruiting personnel, providing onboarding training, establishing labor relations and signing labor contracts, paying employee wages, contributing to social insurance, and handling labor disputes.
2. Employment agencies are intermediary organizations, serving only as a bridge; once the intermediary work is completed, the rights and obligations immediately terminate.
3. Labor export is one of the tasks of an employment agency. It is an act of transferring labor resources from regions with a surplus of workers to regions with demand. It is only responsible for the transfer and assumes no other responsibilities.
