Three Forms of Illegal Overseas Employment  
1. Leaving the country to work on tourist, business, student, or other visas;  
2. Going abroad to work through companies, organizations, or individuals that do not have business qualifications approved by the Ministry of Commerce for foreign labor cooperation (commonly referred to as 'illegal intermediaries');  
3. Working in the host country without obtaining labor permits or employment certificates in accordance with local laws.  

Dangers of Going Abroad to Work Illegally  
1. Not only does it violate China's entry and exit regulations, but it also breaches the laws and regulations of the host country;  
2. Individual rights are difficult to protect effectively, and in serious cases, even basic personal safety cannot be guaranteed;  
3. If discovered by local police or immigration authorities, one may face criminal detention, heavy fines, forced deportation, and other penalties;  
4. It creates many additional difficulties for government rescue and assistance efforts.
